By engaging PrecisionAI ("we", "us", the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We design, build, deploy, and operate a custom AI agent for your business — trained on your content, integrated with your tools, monitored, and iterated on based on real conversations. The Service includes agent hosting, weekly reporting, and ongoing maintenance.
You must provide accurate and complete information when engaging us. You are responsible for the security of any credentials issued to you and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Engagements are custom-scoped and priced per business, as agreed during onboarding — see our pricing page. Fees are billed on the schedule agreed at engagement start, in US dollars, exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your engagement at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your agent will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period, and your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation unless you request earlier deletion.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the Service's underlying software, impersonate another person or entity through the agent, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by us. Your engagement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the agent we build for your business during the term of your engagement. You retain ownership of your business content; by using the Service you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to train and operate your agent, terminating when your engagement ends.
The agent generates responses using artificial intelligence based on your business content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing agent behavior and reporting issues; we are not liable for decisions made by website visitors based on AI-generated responses.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
