PrecisionAI uses artificial intelligence to power the agents we build and operate for our clients. Our AI is provided by OpenAI.
How it works: when a visitor interacts with a deployed agent, conversation messages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate real-time responses based on the client's business content and knowledge base.
Your data is protected:
OpenAI does not use API data to train or improve their models.
API data may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days for safety monitoring, after which it is deleted.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
We do not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal effects on individuals.
Account information: when a client engages us, we collect the business's name, contact details, and billing information needed to provide our services.
Website and business data: we read publicly available content from a client's website and business materials — service descriptions, hours, offerings, and FAQs — to train and operate the agent we build for them.
Conversations: we collect and store conversations between a client's website visitors and their deployed agent, including any contact details a visitor volunteers, to provide lead qualification and to improve agent accuracy.
Usage data: we collect information about how clients use our reporting and dashboard tooling to improve our service.
We use the information we collect to build, train, host, and operate each client's AI agent; deliver weekly reports and lead notifications; process payments; respond to support requests; and improve our product.
All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit and encryption for data at rest, with access controls limiting employee access to client data. We retain a client's account data for as long as the engagement is active. Upon termination, we remove associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use OpenAI for AI processing, a payment processor for billing, and standard analytics and error-monitoring tooling to operate our platform. We do not sell, rent, or share client or visitor data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party services is limited to what is necessary to provide our service.
Our service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand how our dashboard is used.
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of data, request an export of your data, and opt out of non-essential analytics tracking.

When a client chooses to connect a Google account (for example, Google Calendar for appointment scheduling), we access only the data needed to deliver the features enabled. We do not sell, share, or disclose Google data to any third party, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI or machine learning models. Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and deleted on disconnect.
Our service is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
